Selection will be made district wise on the basis of merit among the candidates of the same district. Candidates have to appear for written test at allotted Centre at their own expenses.

Educational Qualification(as on 01.01.2013)  :- 

• 10th Standard Pass
• Knowledge of read and write in local language is essential.

Age :- 18 years (min) to 26 years(max) and relaxation for reserved category people followed by the rules of government.
