EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION :-

Degree in Engineering (or) AMIE in Electrical & Electronics / Electrical / Electronics & Communication / Mining Engineering / Control & Instrumentation / Instrumentation / Electronics & Instrumentation / Instrumentation & Control / Civil / Civil & Structural Engineering / Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Technology or PG Degree in Computer Applications.

AGE LIMIT :- Should not have completed 30 years as on 01.12.2013.

PROCEDURE FOR SELECTION :-

• Eligible candidates will have to appear for GATE-2014.
• Candidates will be shortlisted based on Actual GATE-2014 Marks only (out of 100) for Group Discussion/Personal Interview. 
• The list of candidates short listed for Group Discussion/Personal Interview will be available in our website www.nlcindia.com and also communicated to the candidates through e-mail.

PACKAGE :- Approx 6.15 Lakhs CTC per annum,

RESERVATIONS & RELAXATIONS :- Followed by the Rules of Government.

SERVICE & AGREEMENT BOND :- You have to sign on an agreement for three years after training, if you break the agreement then you have to pay 100,000/- 

HOW TO APPLY :- 

You apply for Graduate Executive Trainee post in NLC will be required to
follow STEPS:-

• Apply for GATE-2014.
• Interested applicants may log on to gate.iitkgp.ac.in/gate2014 or websites of other IITs and Indian Institute of Science (IISc) Bangalore.
• On receipt of the GATE-2014 Registration Number which will be printed on the admit card, applicants are required to apply ONLINE only through NLC’s website (www.nlcindia.com). The online registration portal for NLC will be enabled from 20.12.2013 to 20.01.2014. No other means / mode of application will be accepted. 

FEES :-
General & OBC Candidates are required to pay a non-refundable application fee of `300/-.

CONDITIONS :-

• Only full time Regular courses will be considered.
• All qualifications must be from UGC recognized Indian University / UGC recognized Indian Deemed University or AICTE approved courses.
• Final Year students are also able, with 65% for GEN/OBC & 60% for rest.
• Candidates having 05 years B.E / B. Tech. + M.E / M. Tech. integrated dual degree in engineering in relevant discipline shall also be considered.
• Wherever CGPA/OGPA or letter grade in a Degree is awarded, equivalent percentage of marks should be indicated in the application as per norms adopted by University/Institutes.

Rs.24900 - 50500/- at the Basic Pay of Rs.24900/- during one year training cum probation as Executive Trainee in E-2 grade. On successful completion of their Training cum Probation Period, they will be absorbed in the same Pay Scale of Rs.24900 - 50500/- in E-2 grade.

Selection Process :-

You have to participate in GATE 2014 as well as you have to secure minimum qualifying marks/score.
Those candidate who succeed to get minimum qualifying marks, have to go for GD and PI.
The score is valid only if the candidate obtains more than or equal to the qualifying marks as fixed for the
respective discipline in GATE 2014.
There is no fee for any category candidate.

Eligibility of Candidates :-

From PSU/ Govt. Department/ Armed Forces Candidates, who are employed in Government/ Public Sector Undertakings, shall have to produce ‘No Objection Certificate’ (NOC) from their present  employer at the time of the interview; failing which the candidate shall not be allowed to appear for the interview.

For Interview :- When you are going for interview you have to carry the following original documents with you such as Degree Certificate, proof of Date of Birth, Caste Certificate, Experience Certificate, etc. will be checked at the time of interview.

Medical/Health :- Applicants should be of sound health and meet the Medical Fitness Standards as fixed by the Company. Candidates short-listed for appointment following interview shall undergo a medical test conducted/organized by the Company and certified by the Company’s Chief Medical Officer.
