Salary :- 4 lakhs(approx)

Qualification :- Graduation with minimum of 55% marks for Axis Bank Young Bankers program.

Experience :- Not Required

Fee :- Applicant will have to invest Rs 3, 40,000 plus service tax. This amount will cover the tuition fees, boarding, lodging for the entire course.

Exam Pattern :-

• The online test paper contains the sections Logical and Reasoning Skills, English Language Skills, Quantitative/Numerical Ability and Personality Assessment.

Stipend and Course Duration :- Candidates who are selected for the programme will get Rs 5,000 per month for the initial Nine Months and during the Internship, they will receive an amount Rs 12,000 per month to meet out their expenses. The duration of the course is One year and after the completion of the course, students will be awarded PGDBS (POST GRADUATE DIPLOMA IN BANKING SERVICES) from Manipal University.
