Qualification for NABARD:-

1. Programme Executive (Finance)  - Graduate/Post Graduate Degree from any recognized University. Preference will be given to those having Master Degree in Commerce/MBA (Finance).
2. Programme Executive (Community Development) - Graduate/Post Graduate Degree from any recognized University. Preference will be given to those having Master Degree in Agriculture/Management/Social Service. Computer proficiency is must. 
3. Programme Executive (Convergence) - Graduate/Post Graduate Degree from any recognized University. Preference will be given to those having Master Degree in Agriculture/Management/Social Service. Computer proficiency is must. 
4. Programme Executive (Planning, MIS, Monitoring & Evaluation) - Graduate/Post Graduate Degree from any recognized University. Preference will be given to those having Master Degree in agriculture/Management/Social Service. Computer proficiency is must.
5. Programme Executive (Enterprise Development) - Graduate/Post Graduate Degree from any recognized University. Preference will be given to those having Master Degree in Agriculture/Management/Social Service. Computer proficiency is must.
6. Project Attendant - Metric pass from any recognized Board. Basic knowledge about computer is expected. 

Experience for NABARD:-

1. Programme Executive (Finance) - 3-5 years of work experience in accounting in a NGO or other organizations. Computer literacy and proficiency in an accounting software are essential. 
2. Programme Executive (Community Development) - 3-5 years of work experience in SHG mobilisation and community development. Work experience with NGOs and remote communities and ability to write reports, analyse performance of SHGs. Knowledge of using Microsoft Office applications.
3. Programme Executive (Convergence) - 3-5 years of work experience in implementation of rural development/ poverty alleviation/ livelihoods development projects at the grassroots level. 
4. Programme Executive (Planning, MIS, Monitoring & Evaluation) - 3-5 years of work experience in implementation of rural development/ poverty alleviation/ livelihoods development projects at the grassroots level. Familiarity with monitoring procedures and requirements to externally funded programmes will be an added advantage. 
5. Programme Executive (Enterprise Development) - 3-5 years of work experience in implementing enterprise promotion activities. Knowledge of value chain analysis, Sub-sector Business Development Service approach to enterprise development will be an added advantage. Computer application skills are essential.

2. Programme Executive (Community Development) - 28 to 40 years as on 31 March 2014. 
3. Programme Executive (Convergence) - 28 to 40 years as on 31 March 2014.
4. Programme Executive (Planning, MIS, Monitoring & Evaluation) - 28 to 40 years as on 31 March 2014. 
5. Programme Executive (Enterprise Development) - 28 to 40 years as on 31 March 2014. 
6. Project Attendant - 18 to 40 years as on 31 March 2014. 

Selection Process for NABARD: Interview

Pay Scale for NABARD :-

1. Programme Executive (Finance) - Rs.25,000/- per month.
2. Programme Executive (Community Development) - Rs.25,000/- per month.
3. Programme Executive (Convergence) - Rs.25,000/- per month.
4. Programme Executive (Planning, MIS, Monitoring & Evaluation) - Rs.25,000/- per month.
5. Programme Executive (Enterprise Development) - Rs.25,000/- per month.
6. Project Attendant - Rs.9,000/- per month.
