Qualification for KPCL :-

1. Assistant [Administration] - Bachelor's Degree in any subject of a Statutory/ Recognized University. 
2. Assistant [Accounts] - Bachelor‟s Degree in Commerce [Accountancy as one of the subjects] of any Statutory/ Recognized University. 

Probation Period for KPCL: The selected candidates will be required to complete a Probationary Period of six months. The postings will include KPCL project areas also.

Age Limit for KPCL :- The candidates should have completed the age of 18 years. The maximum age limit for direct recruitment will be as follows

1. SC/ST/Cat-I - 40 Years 
2. Other Backward Classes - 38 Years 
3. General Merit - 35 Years 
4. Ex-Serviceman - 45 Years

Selection Process for KPCL : Written Exam .

Pay Scale for KPCL : Rs. 10620/- .

Exam Fee for KPCL : Non-refundable fee Rs.200/- for all others and Rs.100/- for SC/ST candidates
