Water & Sanitation Management Organization has been established by the Government of Gujarat as an autonomous organization to promote, facilitate and empower village panchayats and rural community to manage local water resources and water supply, registered as Society under Registration Act 1860 & Bombay Public Trust Act 1950.

Applications are invited to fill up the following posts on 11 months period on contract basis for implementation of NRDWP scheme. (contract period may renew or continue if both parties agree. The decision of CEO, WASMO will be final in this regard.)

Qualification :-

1. Asst. Manager (T) - BE/ B.Tech (Civil) degree from recognized University with 60% and above, with minimum 2 Years of relevant working Experience 
2. Technical Supervisor - BE/ B.Tech (Civil) degree from recognized University with 60% or above 
4. Accountant - B.com from recognized university with 55% or above & minimum 2 Years Experience in Account with working Knowledge of Tally.
5. Manager (Documentation & Communication) - Graduation from recognized University in any discipline and Master degree in Mass Communication (English Medium) or Master degree in Journalism (English Medium). 5 Years experience in publicity though various media & content developing. 
6. Content Developer (English) - Master degree from recognized University with English as main subject OR B.A. degree with English as main subject and Master degree in Mass Communication
7. Manager (Resource Planning) - Master degree in economics with first class from recognized University. Master degree or P.G. Diploma in Environment Science or Landscape Planning or Resource planning or Natural Resource Management or Climate Change or M. tech in planning will be preferable. 

Age Limit :

1. Asst. Manager (T) - 30 Yrs
3. Technical Supervisor - 30 Yrs
4. Accountant - 30 Yrs
5. Manager (Documentation & Communication) - 40 Yrs
6. Content Developer (English) - 40 Yrs
7. Manager (Resource Planning) - 40 Yrs

Selection Process : Written Exam And Interview

Pay Scale :-

1. Asst. Manager (T) - Rs. 20,000/-
3. Technical Supervisor - Rs. 15,000/-
4. Accountant - Rs. 12,000/-
5. Manager (Documentation & Communication) - Rs. 40,000/- 
6. Content Developer (English) - Rs. 40,000/-
7. Manager (Resource Planning) - Rs. 40,000/-
